Troy was appointed to the position of Vice President Strategic Partnerships and Marketing for Foodbuy in 2022.

Troy has had a distinguished career in both the foodservice and retail sectors. He held senior roles with Labatt Breweries in both public affairs and national sales and led the development and implementation of PepsiCo’s national co-distribution strategy. Most recently, Troy served the foodservice & hospitality industry at Restaurants Canada where he led the rebuilding of the Restaurant Canada Show, the development of an industry leading media & communication centre along with growing overall revenues for the association. Troy holds an honours degree in Public Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
