In her role as V.P. Business Needs, Michelle Paterson helms the team managing the relationship between Foodbuy and the Compass sectors.  Over her 20+ year tenure with Compass Group Canada, she has held various roles within our Eurest sector and Foodbuy, providing a solid foundation of operational understanding which has enhanced her ability to find creative procurement solutions. Driven by the core Compass Values, Michelle takes pride in ensuring the Foodbuy culture is at the forefront of her leadership style and daily interactions. This value-focused strategic approach is her recipe for driving change through our engagement model to ensure the success of her team and the Compass sectors.

Michelle is based in Toronto where she lives with her husband Justin and two young children, Adelynn and Shawn.
