As Senior Vice President, Foodbuy Canada, Brian Dazé leads the teams responsible for Procurement, Data Operations, and Business Needs, as well as the Procurement Services Group.

Since Joining Compass Group Canada in September 2019, Brian has developed a strategic focus on growth, and a strong tactical roadmap for success. By leveraging his diverse experience and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders, Brian continues to drive improvements for the business. His strong belief in collaboration is an essential element in supporting the success of his team and the business.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Brian was the Senior Vice President, Business Development for Sodexo Canada. He was the executive committee member responsible for leading sales & marketing, business development, and client relations for all industry segments in the Canadian market, as well as P3 Consortium efforts. Before heading up Business Development, he was Vice President of Entegra Canada, Leading Sodexo’s procurement services company, which realized extreme growth during his tenure.

Before joining Sodexo, Brian spent 16 years leading business units with the Jim Pattison Group – where he held several roles within the organization as part of The News Group senior executive team, most recently as Vice President of Business Development for Canada.

Brian has recently settled in Downtown Toronto and is embracing the urban lifestyle and all that the city has to offer.
