Bill is a senior executive with a proven track record in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, category management, and strategic planning. With more than two decades of experience driving operational excellence and financial performance across North America, Bill currently serves as Senior Vice President, Procurement, Canada, where he is responsible for fostering strong leadership and alignment across Foodbuy’s Canadian Procurement and Category teams.

In this role, Bill leads national procurement strategy, category performance, and supplier partnerships to deliver value, innovation, and consistency for Canadian members. He works closely with cross-functional and U.S. counterparts to ensure integrated North American solutions while addressing the unique needs of the Canadian market.

Previously, Bill served as Vice President of Distribution for Foodbuy North America, leading the development and execution of distribution strategies across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean and managing more than $3 billion in distribution volume. He also held the role of Interim Senior Vice President, Canada Members and Distribution, where he oversaw sales, marketing, account management, and procurement teams supporting $2.5 billion in GPO purchasing.

Throughout nearly 22 years at Foodbuy, Bill has led high-impact teams responsible for sourcing and contracting across diverse categories including retail, grocery, produce, and bakery. He is widely recognized for building strong supplier partnerships, championing diversity initiatives, and aligning Canadian and U.S. sourcing strategies to create scalable, integrated solutions.
