Taylor Alexander is an operations and data leader with over two decades of experience driving transformation across hospitality, foodservice, and enterprise data environments. As Vice President of Data Intelligence at Compass Group USA, Taylor leads the strategic vision and execution of enterprise-wide data operations, enabling smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across one of the largest foodservice organizations in North America.

Since joining Compass Group in 2004, Taylor has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Data Operations. In these roles, she has been instrumental in building scalable data infrastructures, optimizing reporting frameworks, and aligning analytics capabilities with business priorities.

Before transitioning into data leadership, Taylor built a strong foundation in hospitality operations, serving as Director of Operations at Mick’s Restaurants and holding management roles at Concessions International and Texas Cattle Company. This unique blend of frontline operational expertise and data strategy gives Taylor a holistic perspective on how insights can drive performance at every level of the organization.
